from 8 am -1 pm at Desert Sun Stadium

Cost:

10×10 spaces are $30 (Bring your own table, chairs or tent)

10/20 spaces are $50 (must be purchased back to back)

20×20 spaces are $80 (1 table provided)

(Booth spaces may be purchased online or in person at the Yuma Civic Center; Non Refundable)

  • Booth Set up:Friday, February 2, 2018- 12 p.m. (noon) to 6:00 pmSaturday, February 3, 2018 – 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.

  • No vehicular traffic is allowed in the stadium area, for tear down, until after 1:30 p.m. El Dorado’s Yuma’s Largest Ever Yard Sale is a “rain or shine“ event. No refunds or exchanges will be given if the event is cancelled due to bad weather.
  • Prohibited items:  Pornographic materials of any type, Drug Paraphernalia, Firearms, Ammunition, Black Powder, Tobacco Products, Pepper Spray, Alcoholic Beverages , Personal Motorized Vehicles, Boats, Motorcycle, and No Raffles – with the exception of Local Yuma non-profit community organizations. U-Hauls, Semi-Trucks or vehicles with off-road tires are NOT allowed on the turf of the Desert Sun Stadium.NO Beverages of any type may be sold or distributed by booth renters. Sodas, water, coffee and beer will be sold to the public by the City Of Yuma (booth renters may bring a cooler with water for the vendor booth staff only). All food vendors wishing to cook on site MUST register separately with El Dorado.Security:  El Dorado Broadcasters, LLC and the City of Yuma are not responsible for the security of individual booths. Booth renters are responsible for securing their own booths, supplies, vehicles and equipment. Security is the vendor’s responsibility during set up, event and tear down. Small valuable items should be displayed in locked glass cases for increased security. All Cash on hand including Cash Boxes and Change are the responsibility of the vendor. El Dorado Broadcasters LLC has hired overnight security through Arizona Southwest Patrol. This Security will serve as assistance, but is in no way a guarantee of theft protection.

    Check in is required before setting up your booth at the Ray Kroc Sports Complex main gate entrance. You must have all required documents completed, submitted and approved by El Dorado Broadcasters LLC business office (Prior to the arrival at the event).
