Wellton Man Faces Felony Charges After Breaking Into Ex-Wife’s Home

A Wellton man who allegedly tried to break into his ex-wife’s home has been formally charged in Wellton Justice Court. 

69-year-old Larry Noll’s bond was set at $100,000.  Noll is charged with felony counts of disorderly conduct, burglary with domestic violence, misconduct involving weapons and resisting arrest. 

Police found Noll on the porch of the residence Saturday night with a shotgun and appeared intoxicated. 

During a struggle with Noll, the weapon fired off a round.  It is unknown exactly how that happened.
