Two Sex Offenders Get New Addresses In Arizona

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office would like to notify the community that 40-year-old Jose Antonio Zazueta – a convicted sex offender – is now residing in the area of Fourth Avenue and West County 22nd Street in Somerton. He is described as 5’11, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. In December 1995, Zazueta was arrested by the Metro-Dade Police Department while in Miami Beach, Florida, for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old female victim. In May 1996, he was convicted by the Florida Eleventh Circuit Court of Sexual Battery and he was sentenced to five-years probation.
 
In May 2001, his probation was revoked for absconding to Arizona. He was extradited back to Florida and served one-year in the Department of Corrections. Zazueta is a level two sex offender.
 
22-year-old Joe Henry Pino is now residing at 2220 West County 16-and-three-quarters Street in Yuma. He is described as 5’9, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. In December 2012, Pino was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault by the U.S. Army Court in Fort Hood, Texas. The female victim was incapable of declining participation in the sexual act. He was sentenced to one-year in prison, and given a “bad conduct” discharge. He is not currently on parole or probation. Pino is a level two sex offender.
