Student Arrested After Bringing A Knife To School

Police say a ten-year-old boy is in custody for allegedly bringing a knife to school and threatening to stab another student. 

Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies were called to Frank Elementary School in Guadalupe after a 4” knife was found in the boy's backpack Tuesday (22). 

Deputies say the fifth-grader told them he planned to stab another boy in the stomach for "snitching."  Authorities say he's being held in the county's juvenile detention center.
