Silver Spur Rodeo Parade To Kick Off Festivities

The Silver Spur Rodeo kicks off Saturday (2) with the annual parade through downtown Yuma - with the main rodeo events taking place next weekend. 

The amount of participants is higher than in recent years.  Special Rodeo Advisor Greg Gardner says being early in the year and the warm location has a lot to do with the increase.

The parade will start about 8:30am Saturday (2).  Rodeo events are planned for February 8^th and 9^th.
