Police Substation Grand Opening

The grand opening of the new Yuma Police Substation on East 26^th Street in the Araby area will be held on Wednesday. 

This is the first official Yuma Police Department substation, helping to expand services into the eastern part of the city. 

Yuma Police Chief John Lekan says this is an exciting milestone in the history of the police department that will allow them to provide an enhanced and more efficient police service to the community. 

The grand opening will be held at 2pm Wednesday at 6390 East 26^th Street.
