Phoenix Shooter Found Dead

A man who shot and killed a call-center CEO and critically wounded a lawyer at a Phoenix office building where they were meeting to discuss a contract dispute has been found dead.  

The body of 70-year-old Arthur Harmon was among some bushes in Mesa early Thursday (31).  Police say he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  

48-year-old Steve Singer died hours later.  Also, 43-year-old Mark Hummels had died.  This is the second fatality in connection with the shooting.

A 32-year-old woman also was shot, but her injuries were not life threatening.
