Matadors to host AWC High School Basketball Jamboree Saturday

Four Yuma-area high schools to play two boys’ & two girls’ games at ‘The House’

Yuma, Arizona – December 13, 2012 — Arizona Western College is proud to announce that it will host the 2^nd Annual Arizona Western College High School Basketball Jamboree this Saturday, December 15^th, at ‘The House’ on the AWC campus.  The event will feature the varsity boys’ and girls’ teams from four Yuma-area high schools:  Cibola High School, Gila Ridge High School, Kofa High School and Yuma High School. 

There will be four games played, and the action will start at 3PM Saturday afternoon.  The schedule of games is as follows:

All four games will be played at ‘The House’ on the AWC Campus, and admission prices are as follows:  $5 admission for adults, $3 for military personnel (with valid military ID), seniors and students ages 12-17, and free for those with AIA Scout Passes.  The admission price is the entire day’s action (in other words, it is a one-time fee to see every game that day).
