Fraudulent Charges Made On Sheriff Arpaio’s Credit Card

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has become a victim of credit card fraud.  Arpaio's credit card information was stolen and used to make a $291 transaction at a Chicago grocery store last weekend. 

Arpaio says he has not been to Chicago since 1957 and that Discover Card representatives alerted him to possible fraudulent activity. 

It is unclear how the thief or thieves obtained the card number.
