Wellton Woman Arrested After Shooting Her Husband

A Wellton woman is in custody after she allegedly shot her husband in Wellton.  The Wellton Police Department says the incident occurred Tuesday night.  49-year-old Scott Eldridge was injured at their mobile in the Pioneer R.V. Sheriff’s Department Searches For Man Considered Armed And Dangerous

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Department says they are on the lookout for a man they say is armed and dangerous.  They say 30-year-old Jose Jimenez is wanted for fleeing from police after they arrived in connection with a verbal dispute in the 700 block of Vaughn Avenue Wednesday.  Jimenez fled from the scene when police arrived.  Police believe he was in ... Suspect Flees From Officers, Remains At Large

At approximately 5:30 this evening, Yuma County Sheriff's Office and YPD were searching for a Hispanic male who fled from officers. It was originally believed the suspect was in the area of Camelot Apartments, however officers searched the area and came up empty. During the search, residents were urged to stay inside. Border Patrol Apprehends Meth Smuggler
