Fire Destroys Mobile Home

A mobile home was destroyed by fire early Tuesday morning.  The incident occurred near the corner of May Avenue and Fifth Street.  Evidence at the scene leads investigators to believe the fire was intentionally set.  The Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter has responded to help with the needs of the displaced family, which includes one adult and two children. Suspected Drug Dealer Arrested After Narcotics Search

Woman Found With Gunshot Wound Dies

​On Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at approximately 8:05 a.m., Yuma Police Officers responded to the 100 block S.10th Avenue in reference to shots fired. An adult female was found with a gunshot wound.
