The Yuma Police Department says they earlier Monday arrested 23 year old Edgar Borquez at his home in the 8100 block of Yavapai Lane. A Somerton school teacher appeared in court on Tuesday. 34 year old Gabriel Macias is charged with one count of child molestation. He was arrested on Saturday after a search of his residence.
