Brothers Make First Court Appearance In Bank Robbery Case

Two fleshly brothers accused in an alleged bank robbery made their first appearance in court Monday (14). 

21-year-old Nestor Alaniz and 25-year-old Jesus Alaniz are accused in taking part in the robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank on Catalina Drive in December, 2012. 

Jesus is accused of robbery and Nestor was driving the getaway car.  Both are being held in the Yuma County Jail – Jesus on a $15,000 bond and Nester on a $50,000 bond.
