AWC To Wear Red To Bring Awareness To Women’s Heart Disease

On February 6^th Arizona Western College students, staff and employees are invited to wear red to show their support for women's heart disease awareness. 

The observance promotes the Red Dress symbol and provides an opportunity for everyone to unite in this life-saving awareness movement by showing off a favorite red dress, shirt, or tie, or Red Dress Pin.  By wearing red and participating in this movement, participants can help to give women a personal and urgent wakeup call about their risk of heart disease. 

Yuma Regional Medical Center Heart Clinic Specialists will be on hand in the AWC Eatery on February 6^th from 10am-2pm.
