The Arizona Western College basketball teams have rebounded from their losses last week, in beating Cochise Wednesday.
The men beat 21st ranked Cochise 66-to-61 behind Marvin Whitt’s 26 points. Whitt buried four three-pointers in the win.
The women beat Cochise 63-to-56 Wednesday.
The Matadors and Lady Matadors next take on Phoenix College Saturday at home. Tip-off is 5:30pm and both games can be heard live on Newstalk 560, KBLU.
